Legacy at the Table — arrival installation
A beverage brand is not sold in a deck. It is sold in a room — in the light on the glass, the flowers on the table, and how easy it is for a guest to pick up the story and repeat it.

We are producers first and designers second, which means the beautiful thing also has a load-in plan, a staffing sheet, and a vendor contract behind it.

(a) Partnerships

Trusted by Nestlé and the houses inside it

Our longest-running work sits inside the Nestlé beverage portfolio — Sanpellegrino, S.Pellegrino, and Maison Perrier — alongside independent luxury spirits and wine clients.

  • Nestlé

    Global parent house

Programs delivered to Nestlé brand-team standards — compliance, brand books, market approvals, and reporting handled the way a global house expects them.

  • Sanpellegrino

    Italian sparkling

Festa della Donna and CIAO! limoncello activations: Mediterranean set design, lemon-and-azulejo styling, and press-ready arrival moments.

  • S.Pellegrino

    Fine dining water

Chef-table service programs with etched personalised bottles, tiled backdrops, and tablescapes built for the white-tablecloth room.

  • Maison Perrier

    Luxury portfolio launch

A full flavour-portfolio launch — arched product wall, branded bar, and lighting tuned to the can palette.

(b) The studio

One team from concept to strike

Taru studio member setting a long table with florals, candles, and produce during production

Taru Events was built around a simple frustration: beverage brands were hiring a designer, a florist, a fabricator, and a producer — then spending the week before the event making four vendors agree with each other.

We hold all of it. Creative direction, set fabrication, floral design, printed matter, staffing, and the run of show live under one roof and one budget. When the brand team walks in, the palette on the arch matches the palette on the table matches the palette on the can, because the same studio made all three.

Our work spans intimate seated dinners for two dozen guests to multi-room product launches with press, creators, and trade in the same building. The scale changes; the standard does not.

(e) Process

Five stages, no surprises

01

Discovery

We start with the liquid and the objective. Who is drinking it, what the brand needs the room to do, and what success looks like the morning after.

02

Concept

A written narrative, palette, and spatial direction. Renders and mood boards so nothing about the night is a surprise.

03

Design & Sourcing

Fabrication drawings, floral sourcing, rentals, printed matter, and vendor contracting — all held on one production schedule.

04

Production

Load-in, install, and a run of show our team owns end to end. You host; we run the room.

05

Aftercare

Strike, vendor reconciliation, and a recap with imagery, guest notes, and recommendations for the next market.

(g) Questions

Before you enquire

Anything not covered here, ask us directly — we would rather answer than have you guess.

How far in advance should we book?
Eight to twelve weeks is comfortable for a single-market activation or dinner. Multi-market programs and anything requiring custom fabrication are better started at four to six months. We do take short-notice work when the calendar allows.
Do you only work with alcohol brands?
No. We work across the premium beverage category — spirits, wine, sparkling water, functional and non-alcoholic brands. The craft is the same: make the liquid the reason people remember the night.
Is floral design really in-house?
Yes. We source, condition, and build our own arrangements and installations, which is why the colour matches the brand rather than whatever the wholesaler had that week.
Can you produce outside your home market?
We produce nationally and build local vendor teams under our own production lead, so the standard travels with us.
What does a typical engagement cost?
Scope drives everything — guest count, fabrication, florals, and staffing. Share your objective and budget range and we will come back with an honest read on what is achievable before any design work begins.
Do you handle permits, insurance, and compliance?
We coordinate venue requirements, certificates of insurance, and sampling compliance with your brand and legal teams as part of production.
